How to Request Deletion
Send an email from your registered email address to our support team. No in-app login is required — we process all requests via email.
supportvivahmantra@gmail.comUse the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address or phone number in the message body so we can locate your account quickly.
What Data Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, the following information will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems:
- Full profile information (name, age, bio, education, occupation, etc.)
- All uploaded profile photos and media files
- Account credentials, phone number, and email address
- Match history and interaction logs
- Preferences and partner criteria
- App activity and usage data
Data Retention Policy
In limited circumstances, certain minimal data may be retained temporarily as required by law or for platform safety:
Data required under applicable Indian laws (up to 5 years)
Minimal identifiers to prevent re-registration after abuse
Records related to any active or pending disputes
All retained data is purged permanently once the applicable retention period expires.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and associated data have been permanently deleted.
